RETURN POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, new and unworn items can be returned to Israel Blessing within 100 days of delivery. Non-personalized pieces qualify for a full refund if returned within 30 days of delivery. Personalized jewelry, made exclusively for you, can be returned for an exchange or store credit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your order is placed, we promptly begin the production of your personalized items. Because each piece is uniquely created for our customers, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order. After this period, we can offer an exchange or store credit. To cancel your order, please contact our customer care team. Note that cancellations are only possible before the item has shipped.
Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your request.
