We accept all major credit cards as well as payments made through PayPal.
All payment must be made in full before shipment.
To make a payment just click on either the "Continue to Checkout" or "PayPal Checkout" buttons in your shopping cart. After entering your contact details you’ll be redirected to the relevant payment platform.
Credit card users may pay with:

- Diners
Unfortunately we do not accept Direct Debit Cards or Prepaid Credit Cards.
If you have trouble redeeming your coupon, you may have entered the wrong coupon code or your code may have expired. Please make sure you write the promotional code in the exact way it was provided, without any spaces.
If your promotional code still isn’t working please contact our Customer Care Team to resolve the issue.
Only one promotional coupon code, voucher, or free gift can be used per purchase.
If this occurs, please check your email account to see if you received two Order Confirmations with two Order ID Numbers. In our experience, customers sometimes place two orders by mistake.
We’ll gladly issue a
refund for one order if this is the case. Please send an email to our Customer Care Team with a screenshot of your bank statement so that we can sort this out for you.
If you see the words PENDING or PROCESSING on your bank statement, please allow up two business days for this charge to be cleared.
If you are unable to complete your payment using PayPal, please contact us with your order details. We’ll gladly send you an email with a PayPal Payment Request to complete your payment and process your order.
Subscribers to our email list and other loyal customers who follow us on social media often receive discount coupons. To redeem your coupon, just click on ‘promotional code’ beneath your item information in the shopping cart.
Type your code in the drop down box, then click APPLY to subtract your discount from your subtotal.
Please note that you can only use one code a time.
Once your order has been confirmed and approved you will be able to see the charge on your billing statement.

In case you're eligible to store credit, the full amount of your original purchase will be issued as credit to be redeemed on our website.
You can’t transfer your store credit to other people.
Your store credit is valid for 1 year from the date you received your coupon code.
To use your store credit, apply the store credit code you received on the payment page under “store credit”.
- If your store credit covers your entire order price or part of it, the amount will be deducted from your balance.
- If your store credit doesn’t cover the order full price, you can use one of our accepted payment methods for the remaining balance.
